Tues. & Wed, November 24th & 25th - DFW airport
On Tuesday and/or Wednesday, November 24-25th join WBAP starting at 8am to ‘Welcome home troops’ at DFW airport. Every day, more than 100 soldiers pass through DFW Airport on their way home for two weeks of well-deserved rest and recuperation (R&R). Our troops need our support so please call the hotline number the night before you would like to go and then again in the morning before the flight to confirm flight arrival time. The Hotline number is 972-574-0392. Flight times vary due to winds and mechanical. Groups will greet troops at Terminal D- Gate 22. Gates may change. Please call the hotline to confirm gates. Parking is available in the lot to the left and obtain vouchers upon leaving (to pass through the toll). See a DFW Ambassador for parking vouchers.
Wednesday, November 25th - Freeman Honda
Join WBAP from 10:30am – 12:30pm at Freeman Honda - 39860 I-20 East & Wheatland Road in Dallas.
Thursday, November 26th - 28th Annual Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot
On Thursday, November 26th, Thanksgiving Day, join WBAP, Hal Jay, Steve Lamb and Brian Estridge from 5am – Noon at the 28th Annual Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot. WBAP will be broadcasting live near the Frost Bank located at 6115 Camp Bowie Boulevard in Fort Worth. Proceeds from the Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot benefit the Scholarship/youth program of the Westside YMCA. For more information or details on how to participate in the race, visit fwtrot.com.

On Friday, November 27th, join WBAP from 5pm – 6pm for a book signing with Governor Mike Huckabee, author of A Simple Christmas, at Borders Books located at 10720 Preston Road in Dallas

Join WBAP from 10:30am – 12:30pm at Chick-fil-A – 1505 North Collins Street and Interstate 30 in Arlington.
